💳 Payment Plans & Contract Policies – Structured, Flexible & Serious

We understand that adding a new furry family member is a big step—and we want to make it manageable for committed homes without compromising the structure and standards our puppies deserve. That’s why we offer customized, legally bound payment plans that fit your timeline while keeping everyone accountable.

Here’s how everything works:

🐾 Step 1: Reserving Your Puppy – The Deposit

To officially reserve a puppy, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit:

• Goes toward your total purchase price.

• Is only accepted once a signed and notarized Payment Plan Contract is submitted from a notary in your state.

• Locks in your puppy and removes them from all advertising and availability.

❗ Once the deposit is placed, we fully commit that puppy to you. If you back out or delay, it impacts their critical placement window—and delays development, training, and socialization. This is why the deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

💼 Custom Payment Plans – You Set the Terms, I Enforce Them

We don’t run credit checks or background reports. Instead, we offer flexible plans you create yourself, with the understanding that once agreed upon, they are legally binding and strictly enforced.

You choose:

• Weekly or bi-weekly payments

• Dates and payment amount that work best for your budget

• Your final due date (must be 72hrs before pickup)

All plans require a signed and notarized Payment Plan Contract, and balances must be paid in full 72hrs before Gotcha Day. No exceptions.

📆 Puppies typically go home at 10 weeks of age, but we allow up to 12 weeks maximum to help families stay on track. After 12 weeks, additional arrangements or boarding fees may apply at my discretion.

📌 Please note: Because the plan is created by you, it is your responsibility to follow through. I do not send reminders or chase down payments.

📝 Required Contracts – Two Forms, One Commitment

To move forward with a payment plan, you must complete two notarized legal documents:

1️⃣ Payment Plan Contract

Includes:

• Confirmation of your deposit

• Your full custom payment schedule

• Firm final due date

• Enforcement terms (e.g., late/missed payments may result in loss of puppy and forfeiture of all funds paid)

This must be signed by you and notarized in your state. I will notarize and sign on my end as well.

2️⃣ Standard Puppy Contract

Designed to protect you, me, and most importantly—the puppy.
This contract includes but is not limited to:

• Health Guarantee: Covers specified genetic issues; requires vet care and documentation.

• Rehoming Policy: If you can no longer care for the puppy, they must be returned to me—no rehoming, selling, or shelter surrendering without my written consent.

• Spay/Neuter Clause: All pet-only puppies must be spayed or neutered by the age stated in the contract. Breeding rights available only with prior approval and additional contract/fee.

• Nutrition Agreement: Buyers must feed an approved, high-quality diet to support proper development.

• Microchip Policy: All puppies are microchipped before going home. I remain listed as the permanent primary contact, and buyers are added as secondary. You cannot change or remove breeder info. This ensures the puppy can be safely returned to me in case of emergency, loss, or shelter intake.

⚠️ Both contracts are required. I do not accept unsigned or unnotarized documents.

🤝 Final Notes & Expectations

• No puppy will leave my care until the balance is paid in full and both contracts are complete.

• I am happy to schedule a meeting or puppy visit ahead of time (with safety guidelines) to go over paperwork and ensure you're confident in your plan.

• Once your plan is in place, you are fully responsible for keeping your payment schedule. Life happens, and I understand that—but I also expect the same level of care, communication, and responsibility that I provide every day to these puppies.
